10. Troubleshooting Message Causes Solutions No Destination Fax • No destination is registered in the selected Speed Dial. • You have attempted to redial, but there is no any redial data (history). Scanner The selected destination is not registered to a scan destination list. Fax Enter the fax number manually. Scanner Register the scan destination with Smart Organizing Monitor. Numbers Do not Match "Fax No. Confirmation" is set to "On", and the numbers entered for confirmation does not match the initially-entered numbers. Make sure the numbers match. Cannot Copy Change Paper Size The paper for combine copy, duplex copy or ID Card copy is not loaded. Load the appropriate size paper. Cannot Scan Remove Paper In ADF A6 and custom size paper are not supported. • Load the ADF with paper other than A6 or custom size paper. • Scan the originals using the exposure glass. Cannot Scan Insert Paper to ADF Legal paper is not supported. • Load the exposure glass with paper other than legal paper. • Scan the originals using the ADF Please Remove An unsupported USB device is Unsupported Device connected. Disconnect the USB device. Flash drives is supported. Please Remove Unsupported USB Hub USB hubs are not supported. Disconnect the hub. 174
