Troubleshooting • Both fans in the fan module failing simultaneously is unlikely. Such a failure could cause one or both controller enclosure power supply modules to overheat and shutdown. If this occurs, the amber power supply Fault LED on the front cover turns ON, and the Power LED on the overheated power supply turns off. When the air temperature within the enclosure falls to below 70º C (158° F), the power supply modules should automatically turn back on. After replacing the failed power supply fan, check the power supply LEDs. If the power supply Fault LED remains on, the power supply module has sustained heat damage and must be replaced. Both fans in the fan module failing simultaneously is unlikely. Such a failure could cause
one or both controller enclosure power supply modules to overheat and shutdown. If
this occurs, the amber power supply Fault LED on the front cover turns ON, and the
Power LED on the overheated power supply turns off.
When the air temperature within the enclosure falls to below 70º C (158° F), the power
supply modules should automatically turn back on. After replacing the failed power
supply fan, check the power supply LEDs. If the power supply Fault LED remains on,
the power supply module has sustained heat damage and must be replaced.
