Removal and Replacement 5. Close the cam latch to seat the module firmly into the backplane. An audible click indicates the latch is closed properly. 6. Check the LEDs (D in Figure 92) above the disk module for the following behavior: - Both LEDs should turn on briefly. - The amber Fault LED should turn off. - The green disk Activity LED should blink for a few seconds and then go out. If the host begins to access the disk, the Activity LED will flash. If this behavior does not occur, refer to chapter 6, Troubleshooting, for information on identifying and solving the problem. 7.
