Do not connect the AC adaptor to a ceiling-mounted AC outlet, as the weight of the adaptor may cause it to become disconnected. L The BATTERY indicator lights while the AC adaptor is connected with the backup battery installed (page 11), this is normal. L When placing the unit, care should be taken to place it so that the base unit antenna does not cause a danger. Connecting the base unit handset and AC adaptor

Use only a Panasonic handset with the KX-TG4500.

Use only the included Panasonic AC Adaptor PQLV256 (Order No. PQLV256Z).

The AC adaptor must remain connected at all times. (It is normal for the adaptor to feel
warm during use.)
