Changing the Microphone Sensitivity Use this procedure to set the microphone sensitivity during video recording. 1 From the recording menu, use the jog dial to select [MICROPHONE SENSITIVITY] and press the OK button. ■ RECORDING MENU IMAGE STABILIZATION WIND NOISE REDUCTION MICROPHONE SENSITIVITY STANDARD DIGITAL ZOOM METERING MODE EXIT 2 Use the jog dial to select the sensitivity and press the OK button. MICROPHONE SENSITIVITY MORE CANCEL The selected sensitivity is set and the recording menu reappears. To cancel the setting, press the MENU button. STANDARD: Sets the normal microphone sensitivity. MORE : Sets a higher microphone sensitivity. Select this setting to record low sounds that are difficult to hear. LESS : Sets a lower microphone sensitivity. Select this setting to reduce ambient noise.
