Managing Your IPSAN 3 From the drop-down menu, select the number that is appropriate for your time zone. For example, if the time zone for the selected iSCSI subsystem is 8 hours behind GMT, click -8. 4 Click OK to set the time zone. Clearing All Events You can clear the list of all events from a specific iSCSI subsystem. Note: This task cannot be undone. Be sure you don't need future access to any of the listed events before you continue. 1 In the Tree Menu, click the iSCSI subsystem you want. 2 On the System tab, click Clear All Events. 3 Click OK to confirm that you want to clear all events. All events are cleared from the selected iSCSI subsystem. Getting a Diagnostic Dump from the iSCSI Subsystem If you need to seek help from Adaptec Technical Support, you may be asked to create a diagnostic dump file, which contains all existing log files from an iSCSI subsystem, and email this external file to Adaptec Technical Support. Note: A diagnostic dump file is encrypted and can only be used by Adaptec Technical Support To create a diagnostic dump file: 1 In the Tree Menu, click the iSCSI subsystem you want. 2 On the System tab, click Diagnostic Dump.
