Using CLI proc path Display the unformatted output from doing a cat /proc/path. The path value may contain / characters but the resulting pathname cannot be outside the /proc directory tree. The resulting pathname must be a file. The case of the file and directory names must be correct as upper case and lower case letters are significant for file and directory names. Events Commands These commands control event notification. They are available after the events global command with no parameters. They can also be executed directly as global commands by preceding them by events. Table 8-13 lists all Events commands. More details about each command are provided after the Table. Events Report Commands on page 8-24 provides more Events command information.
