120 Pacesetter BES Lettering Instruction Manual To insert segments before the insertion point: 1 Select and cut, or copy, the segment. 2 In the design workspace or Sequence View area, click where you want to insert the segment. 3 Do one of the following:  Choose Insert from the Home tab on the ribbon.  Right-click and choose Insert from the context menu. The selection is inserted before the insertion point. Moving a Segment Forward or Backward Use the Move Up commands to move the selected segment closer to the beginning of the design. Conversely, the Move Down command is used to move the selected segment closer to the end of the design. A simple design of three segments (the letters on the left), plus the sequence view of the design. The image above shows the original design, and the one below shows it after a Move Up command. In this case, the Move Up command was used to change the sewing order so that, instead of jumping to the bottom letter and then going back to the middle (A - C - B) the letters sew in order from top to bottom (A - B - C).

To insert segments before the insertion point:

Moving a Segment Forward or
Backward
Use the Move Up commands to move the selected segment
closer to the beginning of the design. Conversely, the Move
Down command is used to move the selected segment closer to
the end of the design.

view of the design. The image above shows the original design, and the one
below shows it after a Move Up command. In this case, the Move Up
command was used to change the sewing order so that, instead of jumping
