Basic Copying If the zoom ratio is less than 25%, a message appears telling you that the ratio will be adjusted to 25%. If it is greater than 800%, a message appears telling you that the ratio will be adjusted to 800%. The display returns to the Copy Basic Features screen, and the copy ratio generated by the machine is displayed. NOTE • If you make a mistake when entering values, press [C] on the touch panel display © enter the values again. 1 • To specify the sizes of the horizontal axis (X) and the vertical axis (Y) independently, press [XY Zoom]. • If you want to enter values in millimeters, press [mm]. • When entering values in millimeters, you can also use 0 - 9 (numeric keys) and C (Clear). • For details on how to enter the values in inches, see Chapter 1, "Before You Start Using This Machine," in the Reference Guide. 4 Press (Start). Copying starts. NOTE • To return the copy ratio to 100%, press [Direct]. • To cancel this setting, press [Copy Ratio] © [Zoom Program] © [Cancel]. • To cancel all settings and return the machine to the Standard mode, press (Reset).
