Solution In Windows 95, shut down the computer, remove and reinsert the diskette drive, then turn on the computer. In Windows NT, you do not have to shut down the computer. Disable the write-protect feature or use a diskette that is not write-protected. Format the diskette. Use a larger capacity diskette. Verify the drive letter.
