Unprintable Area The figures below show maximum unprintable areas from the edges of the most commonly-used paper sizes. The measurements may vary depending on the paper size or settings in the application you are using. NOTE: Do not attempt to print into these areas; your output will not reflect anything in these areas. Usage Print Document Size Letter A4 Top (1) Bottom (3) 0.16 in. (4.23 mm) 0.16 in. Types of paper to avoid IMPORTANT Some types of paper may not perform well or may cause damage to your machine.
