Note Once the print server is configured with network parameters, the configuration values are saved and maintained even after the print server is turned off and back on again. Add the Printer to Your Network Server or System When the printer is configured for operation on your network, you can then add the printer on each computer that will send print jobs directly to the printer. To add the printer to your system configuration, you must use network printer installation software that runs on your system.
