Figure 6-64 Mailbox with Stapler, Jam Access Door E-Clip 6 From the front of the unit, remove 1 e-clip from the right end of the shaft (figure 6-64, callout 2). CAUTION Use caution when removing the e-clip because the clip might eject towards you or another person. Note Before removing the Jam Access Door six-sided shaft, note the position of the plastic retainer that holds the metallic tape located at the center of the door. It must be replaced on the shaft in the same position for proper paper movement. 7 From the front of the unit, support the door assembly while sliding the shaft to the left until it is clear of the frame.
