The leading edge of media passed SR7 (delivery sensor), but did not reach SR1 (output-bin-full sensor). Recommended action 1. Clear the jam following the instructions on the control panel display or the instructions in this manual (see Clear jams from the output path on page 463). 2. Check for paper or other obstructions between SR7 and SR1. 3. Check SR7 and SR1 for correct mechanical functionality. Replace if necessary. 4. Check connector J310 on the dc controller. 5.
