Printing from PC > Printing Data Saved on the Printer Printing the Documents Print the documents stored in a Private Print box. The procedure is as follows. 1 Display the screen. 1 Press [Job Box] in the home screen. Job Box 2 Select [Private Print/Stored Job]. Document Box. Job Box Private Print/Stored Job Quick Copy/Proof and Hold 10:10 1/1 Next > 3 Select the creator of the document. Document Box. Job Box - Private Print/Stored Job user 1 user 2 user 3 10:10 < Back 1/1 OK Next > 2 Print the document. 1 Select the document to print and press [Print]. Document Box. Job Box - Private Print/Stored Job doc 4100908135138 2013/10/10 10:10 doc 0100908134821 2013/10/10 11:11 1 Menu < Back 10:10 1/1 Print 2 2 Specify the number of copies to print as desired. 3 Press [OK]. Printing starts. Upon completion of printing, the Private Print job is automatically deleted. NOTE If the document is protected by an access code, the password entry screen will be displayed. Enter the password using the numeric keys. 4-9
