INTERNET FAX This menu allows you to set the options below. Memo • Depending on the model, [INTERNET FAX] is available only when the Scanner Kit or Printer/Scanner Kit is installed. - Internet Fax Message Properties Specifies the details of messages sent by the Internet Fax transmission. You can set the following options: - FROM ADDRESS - FROM NAME - BODY - Internet Fax Fragmentation You can send the Internet Fax job split into the fragment size specified. This option can reduce transmission errors caused by network traffic problems. - Internet Fax Body String Transmission You can specify whether or not to send the body string. Memo • For instructions on how to display the INTERNET FAX screen, see the following page:  P.251 "Accessing the Admin Menu" Item name Description FROM ADDRESS Press this button to enter the E-mail address of this equipment. FROM NAME Press this button to enter the name of this equipment. BODY Press this button to enter the message body. FRAGMENT PAGE Select the desired fragment page size SIZE (KB) from the drop-down list. Press [NONE] to disable the fragmentation. BODY STRING TRANSMISSION • ENABLE - Press this button to send the message body. • DISABLE - Press this button to not send the message body. Note • To enable Internet Fax, you must have an E-mail address entered in the [FROM ADDRESS] box. This menu allows you to set the options below.
Memo
Depending on the model, [INTERNET FAX] is available only

Internet Fax Message Properties
Specifies the details of messages sent by the Internet
Fax transmission.
You can set the following options:

Internet Fax Fragmentation
You can send the Internet Fax job split into the fragment
size specified. This option can reduce transmission
errors caused by network traffic problems.

You can import device certificates and CA certificates, as well
as export device certificates.

storage device in advance.

On the SECURITY screen, press
[CERTIFICATE MANAGEMENT].
The CERTIFICATE MANAGEMENT screen is displayed.

The IMPORT CERTIFICATE screen is displayed.
