Understanding the copy screen 2 Copy tab Preview Display the originals type. Button Name Numeric Keypad Proof Copy Setting History Preview for status Preview for play Full Screen Mode Description Opens the keypad to enter the number of copies to create. Prints a test copy of the document when printing multiple copies. For more information, refer to (see "Sub menu (Action overflow)" on page 111). View changed options list. Shows the job preview. Preview scanned job. Opens the preview in full screen mode. In full screen mode, you can edit the scanned image using functions such as rotate and crop.
