Machine 5 Tray settings 6 Sound This feature allows you to check the current tray settings and change the settings if necessary. There are many options available for setting the tray and paper. Make the best use of the options to fit your needs for trays and paper. You can also use this feature from the SyncThru™ Web Service. Open the Web browser from your networked computer and type the IP address of your machine. When SyncThru™ Web Service opens, click Settings tab > Machine Settings > System >Input Trays (see "Settings tab" on page 187). You can set the volume for button sound, notice alarm, and the sounds occurring during a fax job. Using the slide bar select the desired volume and press the Test button to test the volume. • Key Sound: Allows you to adjust the sound volume for when pressing the button • Alarm Sound: Allows you to adjust the sound volume for when notice alarm. • Fax Sound: Allows you to adjust the sound volume occurring during a fax job.
