xStack® DGS-3120 Series Managed Switch Web UI Reference Guide Figure 3-5 Gratuitous ARP Settings window The fields that can be configured are described below: Parameter Description Trap Use the drop-down menu to enable or disable the trap option. By default the trap is disabled. Log Use the drop-down menu to enable or disable the logging option. By default the event log is enabled. Interface Name Enter the interface name of the Layer 3 interface. Select All to enable or disable gratuitous ARP trap or log on all interfaces. Interval Time Enter the periodically send gratuitous ARP interval time in seconds. 0 means that gratuitous ARP request will not be sent periodically. By default the interval time is 0. Click the Apply button, located in the Gratuitous ARP Trap/Log section to accept the changes made in this section. Click the Apply button, located in the Gratuitous ARP Periodical Send Interval section to accept the changes made in this section. IPv6 Neighbor Settings (EI Mode Only) The user can configure the Switch's IPv6 neighbor settings. The Switch's current IPv6 neighbor settings will be displayed in the table at the bottom of this window.
