Problem The ON LINE message appears but nothing is printed (continued). The test prints do not print. The printer stops printing and the display reads CHANGE DRUM, TONER EMPTY, or PAPER EMPTY. Printing Problems Solution Your software may not be installed properly for your printer. Make sure the currently selected printer mode matches your program's printer driver. The printer must be set off line when running a test print. You may have installed an incompatible font cartridge. Try the test print again without the cartridge installed, or with a different cartridge. If the problem continues, service by an authorized Epson Customer Care Center is needed.
