Resources & Command Line Options Command line example: xteemx340 -program ls -arguments -l (l is a lowercase L) This will do a long (-l) directory listing (ls). Create A Login Shell Resource: xteemx340*loginShell: on/off Command Line: -ls enables login shell +ls disables login shell Default Setting: Not applicable These commands enable you to specify that the shell that is started in the TeemTalk window is a login shell so that a login prompt is displayed. The shell will read the user's .login or .profile. Default TERM Environment Variable Resource: xteemx340*termName: name Command Line: -tn name Default Setting: vt220 These commands specify the default TERM environment variable. This changes the text control sequences as defined by the system termcap. Licence Manager File Location Resource: xteemx340*licenceFile: directory_path Command Line: -lm directory_path Default Setting: /etc/lm/teemx These commands specify the location of the licence manager file for TeemTalk. Resource File Selection Resource: None Command Line: -name filename Default Setting: xteemx340 or xteemx320 This command line option specifies the file name that is used when searching the default files for resource information. 25-8
