For example, you could specify that pressing the keys Ctrl + a will cause the character at the current cursor position to be erased. Valid keywords include: brk, dsusp, eof, eol, erase, flush, intr, kill, lnext, quit, rprnt, start, stop, susp, swtch, and weras. To specify control characters, precede the key character following the keyword by a hat character (^). For example, ^a specifies the keys Ctrl + a. The delete function may be specified by ^?.
