Resources & Command Line Options Cursor Line Selection Extent Resource: xteemx340*cutToBeginningOfLine: on/off Command Line: -cb cursor to end of line +cb entire cursor line Default Setting: Cursor to end of line. These commands enable you to specify how much of the cursor line is selected when the mouse button is clicked three times in quick succession. You can specify that the entire cursor line is selected or only characters from the current cursor position to the end of the line (default). Keyboard Mapping Resource: xteemx340*kbdType: keyboard type Command Line: -kt keyboard type Default Setting: Depends on the platform TeemTalk is running on. These commands specify the type of keyboard being used and therefore how TeemTalk maps functions to the keys. The valid settings are as follows: pc vt hp sun4 sun5 for systems using the IBM PC AT 101/102 layout e.g. Silicon Graphics and most X terminals. for systems based on a true VT220 style layout e.g. DECstation and VAXstation. for traditional Hewlett Packard keyboards, not the recent PC style. for the Sun 4 keyboard layout. for the Sun 5 keyboard layout. Because there is no standard keyboard layout defined by X, and the codes generated by the same key on different vendors' layouts are not always the same, the above layouts may need some customisation in certain cases. Refer to the Keyboard Operation chapter for details. Bell Volume Resource: xteemx340*bellVolume: 0-100 Command Line: -bv 0-100 Default Setting: Depends on the server These commands enable you to specify the loudness of the bell (if the X server supports this). The loudness is indicated by a numeric value in the range 0 (off) to 100 (full volume). 25-13
