An error occurred while transferring files from the PC hard drive to the Product Manager application. The message varies, depending on the problem. The data field requires an entry and cannot be left blank. The enterprise operating system (E/OS) version on the hardware product (switch or director) is lower than 05.00.00. This message only displays if the optional OpenTrunking feature is installed. The maximum number of data entry characters allowed in the field was exceeded. The user aborted the file transfer process. Action Retry the operation later. If the condition persists, contact the next level of support. Retry the operation later.
