Printer drivers are installed in Windows so that print jobs are printed using the printer port. Drivers also offer various printer settings. As your printer port, you can choose KPrint Port for direct, "peer-to-peer" printing via TCP/IP. Printer drivers can be installed from the Software Library CD-ROM bundled with your printer. You can also download and install the latest printer drivers from www.kyoceramita.com. Installing Printer Drivers 1. Insert the Software Library CD-ROM in the CD-ROM drive. „ After a while, the Main Menu screen is displayed. Click Exit to close the main menu. 2. From the Windows Start menu, go to Control Panel > Printers and Other Hardware > Printers and Faxes > Add Printer. The Add Printer Wizard is displayed. Click Next. Figure 1. Add Printer Wizard 3. The screen for selection of local or network printer is displayed. Choose Local printer attached to this computer. Installing Printer Drivers

Insert the Software Library CD-ROM in the CD-ROM drive.
