Setup Scheduled Reports after configuring the SMTP connection. 1. From the IB-23 COMMAND CENTER, click the Advanced tab, and in the left menu, click SMTP > E-mail Recipient 1. 2. In Recipient 1 Address, enter the recipient's e-mail address. You can easily send to multiple recipients by entering a distribution list address. 3. Choose one or more items in Scheduled Report Items. 4. In Scheduled Report Interval, choose to send reports monthly, weekly, daily, or hourly. !Note:Monthly, weekly, and daily options are only valid when the printer has access to a network time server.
