ProSAFE Wireless Controller The following table describes the fields of the Access Point page. Item Select Status Name Model MAC IP Site Group Building Floor Location Description The radio button that lets you select the access point. The status of the access point (healthy or down). The name of the access point (see Change Access Point Information on the Managed AP List on page 170). The model of the access point. The MAC address of the access point. The IP address of the access point. Shows whether you designated the access point as a local or remote one: • Local. The access point is designated as a local. • Remote. The access point is designated as remote. For more information about designating an access point as local or remote, see Discover Access Points With the Discovery Wizard on page 159. The profile group to which the access point is assigned (see Assign Access Points to Buildings, Floors, and Advanced Profile Groups on page 174). The building to which you assigned the access point (see Change Access Point Information on the Managed AP List on page 170 or Assign Access Points to Buildings, Floors, and Advanced Profile Groups on page 174).
