1. Select the start-up image you wish to save to the camcorder from the [Computer] list and click the button. E • The selected start-up image is displayed in the preview area to the right and appears in the [Camera] list. • Start-up images will be saved to the [Dcim] folder in the memory card. Windows Preview area 2. Click the [Close] button to close the window. • This concludes the process for saving the start-up image to the memory card. To use the start-up image on the camcorder, you need to change the start-up image on the camcorder itself. Please see the Instruction Manual of the camcorder for these procedures. Adding New Image Files to the [DVC My Camera] Window Create a start-up image using an image editing application program, such as ArcSoft PhotoImpression. Create the file in the JPEG format at a size of 1280 x 960 or 640 x 480 pixels. Image files not in the JPEG format cannot be added. Once you have created the start-up image and saved it to the computer, use the following procedures to add it to the [DVC My Camera] window ( 50). 1.
