Using a PC Card Reader/Writer This section explains only the instructions which differ when connecting a PC Card Reader/Writer instead of the camcorder. For instruction on how to connect the PC Card Reader/Writer, please refer to its manual. Downloading Still Images/Movies with the ZoomBrowser EX 1. Insert the memory card or loaded PC card adapter into the reader. 2. Start ZoomBrowser EX. • Double-click the [Canon ZoomBrowser EX] icon on the desktop. • If you are using Windows Me, a confirmation message will appear the first time ZoomBrowser EX starts, asking whether you wish to register the [My Pictures] folder in ZoomBrowser EX. Click [Yes] if you plan to use the [My Pictures] folder. 3. Click the [Import Images] button and select [From CANON_DV X:\ Dcim]. • Thumbnail versions of the camera images appear in the Camera Window ( 41). 66

Downloading Still Images/Movies with the ZoomBrowser EX
1.

Start ZoomBrowser EX.
