Print Head 6 Remove the protective cap from the Print Head. There might be some transparent or light blue ink on the inside of the bag the print head comes in, or the inside of the protective cap - this has no effect on print quality. Be careful not to get ink on yourself when handling these items. • Do not touch the Print Head Nozzles or Electrical Contacts. • Do not attempt to reattach the protective cap once it has been removed. Print Head Nozzles Electrical Contacts 7 Place the Print Head in the holder. The print head will rest at a slight angle. Be careful not to touch any parts inside the printer. Place the Print Head in the holder.
