Active Directory Panel Field Description Status Status of Active Directory on the NAS cluster: • optimal • non optimal • offline • unknown Shortcut None Domain Configure Active Directory Domain configured for the NAS cluster None Configures the NAS cluster to use an Active Directory configuration to authenticate Windows clients. This button appears only if Active Directory is not configured. The Active Directory server and the PS Series group must use a common source of time. Alt+A Configure preferred domain controllers (optional) Leave Trusted Domains Active Directory Users and Groups button Domain Controller Enable to configure (or re-configure) a preferred domain controllers list. This button Alt+D is enabled only after successfully joining to the active directory domain. Prompts you to disable Active Directory for the NAS cluster. This button appears only if Active Directory is configured. To modify the Active Directory settings, click leave and then reconfigure Active Directory. Alt+L Table displays trusted domain name, serving domain controller name and IP, trusted None type, and online status.
