When enabled, SMB home shares are automatically created. (This feature is disabled by default.) When access-based share enumeration is enabled, if a given user or group does not have share-level permissions for a particular SMB share, that share, along with its folders and files, will not be visible to the user or group. When access-based share enumeration is disabled, the SMB share, along with its folders and files, will be visible to users and groups regardless of whether they have permissions for that SMB share.
