Introduced on the E-Series. fast-convergence This command sets the minimum LSA origination and arrival times to zero (0), allowing more rapid route computation so that convergence takes less time. C-Series, E-Series, S-Series, Z-Series, S4810 Syntax fast-convergence {number} To cancel fast-convergence, use the no fast convergence command. Parameters number Enter the convergence level desired. The higher this parameter is set, the faster OSPF converge takes place. The range is 1 to 4. Defaults Command Modes Command History none.
