Customizing Cisco SPA and Wireless IP Phones Configuring Phone Features 3 where softkeyname is the name of the key and position is where the key is displayed on the phone screen. Positions are numbered, with position one displayed on the lower left of the screen, followed by positions two through four. Additional positions are accessed by pressing the right arrow key on the phone. If no position is given for a softkey, the key will "float" and appears in the first available empty position on the screen. NOTE On the Cisco SPA 525G, in the Off Hook State, the More softkey is fixed in position 4 and cannot be changed. The table below lists each softkey and the phone state under which the softkey displays. You can have a maximum of 16 softkeys for each call state field. Logs user out of ACD. Idle Enter alphabetic characters in a data entry field. Off-Hook, Dialing Input Answers an incoming call. Ringing Denotes that a user who is logged Idle in to an ACD server has set his status as available. Allows another user to interrupt a Shared-Active, shared call. Shared-Held Performs a blind call transfer (transfers a call without speaking to the party to whom the call is transferred). Requires that Blind Xfer Serv is enabled.
