Register Your Product Using the Desktop genie App  To register your product using the desktop genie app for Windows and Mac computers: 1. Connect your computer to the router's network with WiFi or a wired Ethernet connection. 2. Launch the genie app . The Home page displays. 3. Click the Network Support button. 4. If you do not have a MyNETGEAR account, click the Create a new MyNETGEAR account link to create an account. 5. before you can use NETGEAR telephone support.
Register Your Product Using the Desktop genie App
To register your product using the desktop genie app for Windows and Mac
computers:
1.
Connect your computer to the router’s network with WiFi or a wired Ethernet connection.
2.
Launch the genie app

The Home page displays.

Click the
Network Support
button.
4.
If you do not have a MyNETGEAR account, click the
