8-port Gigabit Ethernet Switch User's Guide • Interface Name - A name given to identify this IP interface. • IP Address - The IP address of this IP interface (sometimes referred to as a network address). • Subnet Mask - The subnet mask for this IP interface. • VID - The VLAN ID of the VLAN corresponding to this IP interface. • Active - Allows this IP interface to be Active or Inactive on the Switch. • Port Member - Allows the selection of ports to be members of this IP interface and its corresponding VLAN.
