Note: Once all copies are printed, the Verify Print job is deleted from printer memory. Confidential jobs When a job is sent to the printer, enter a personal identification number (PIN) from the driver. The PIN must be four digits using the numbers 0-9. The job is then held in printer memory until the same four-digit PIN is entered from the printer operator panel when choosing to print or delete the job. This ensures that the job does not print until the user who sent it is there to retrieve it, and no other user using the printer can print the job. When the user name is selected and then Confidential Job is selected, the following prompt appears: Enter PIN _0 _ _ _ Use the or buttons and the button on the operator panel to enter the four-digit PIN associated with the confidential job. As the PIN is entered, asterisks are displayed to ensure confidentiality. Enter PIN * _0 _ _ If a mistake is made, press to scroll back to the field with the incorrect number and reenter it. Once the four numbers are entered, if it is an invalid PIN, the message Invalid PIN appears. If this message appears, press until Try again or Cancel appears, and then press . When a valid PIN is entered, a user has access to all print jobs matching the user name and PIN the user entered. The print jobs matching the entered PIN appear on the display. The user selects a specific job, Print all confidential jobs, or Delete all confidential jobs. The user then selects from Print 1 copy, Print copies, Delete, or Delete all confidential jobs menu items. A user can then choose to print or delete jobs matching the entered PIN. Confidential jobs
When a job is sent to the printer, enter a personal identification number (PIN) from the driver. The PIN must be four digits

9. The job is then held in printer memory until the same four-digit PIN is entered from the printer
