Taking Pictures Taking Pictures Taking Continuous Pictures In this mode, pictures are taken continuously for as long as the shutter release button is pressed. You can continue shooting until the memory capacity of the SD Memory Card or built-in memory is full. 1 In Capture mode, touch the LCD monitor. The [Capture Toolbar] appears. 2 Touch the Drive Mode. (e.g. 9). • The icon of the currently selected Drive Mode appears on the [Capture 3 Toolbar]. • The Drive Mode screen appears. 3 Touch the 1 icon. The setting is saved and the camera returns to Capture mode. 4 Press the shutter release button halfway. The focus frame on the LCD monitor turns green if the subject is in focus. 5 Press the shutter release button fully. Pictures are taken continuously for as long as you keep the shutter release button pressed. Caution The flash will not discharge in Continuous Shooting mode. Memo • The interval of continuous shooting will vary according to the recorded pixels and quality level settings. • The focus and exposure are locked with the first image. 82
