Fax Destination • To register the name, see "Registering Names". • When a group is registered, you can also add this fax destination to the group. For details about registering groups, see "Registering Names to a Group". • p.229 "Registering Names" • p.280 "Registering Names to a Group" Changing a Fax Destination This section describes how to change a registered fax destination. 1. Press the [User Tools/Counter] key. 2. Press [System Settings]. 5 3. Press [Administrator Tools]. 4. Press [Address Book Management]. 5. Check that [Program / Change] is selected. 6. Select the name whose fax destination you want to change. Press the name key, or enter the registered number using the number keys. You can search by the registered name, user code, fax number, folder name, e-mail address, or IPFax destination. 7. Press [Fax Dest.]. 8. Change the settings. 9. Press [OK]. 10. Press [Exit]. 11. Press the [User Tools/Counter] key. 247
