Select the appropriate port range used for the configuration here. Select the direction here. Options to choose from are Both and In. This option configures the direction of the traffic on a controlled port as unidirectional (In) or bidirectional (Both). Select the port control option here. Options to choose from are ForceAuthorized, Auto, and ForceUnauthorized. If the port control is set to force-authorized, then the port is not controlled in both directions. If the port control is set to automatic, then the access to the port for the controlled direction needs to be authenticated. If the port control is set to force-unauthorized, then the access to the port for the controlled direction is blocked. Select to enable or disable the forward PDU option here. Enter the maximum required times value here. This value must be between 1 and 10. By default, this option is 2. This option configures the maximum number of times that the backend authentication state machine will retransmit an Extensible Authentication Protocol (EAP) request frame to the supplicant before restarting the authentication process.
