5. Click the Submit button. 3.6.8 External USB Drive External Drive Information To display the information of the connected external USB drive: 1. Click the Device tab. 2. Click the External Drive button. External drive information includes:  ID  Type  Capacity  Status  Location  Cache  Model DNS-1250-04 and DNS-1250-06 support these external file systems:  EXT3  NTFS  FAT32  XFS  HFS+ Configuring an External Drive To configure an external drive: 1. Click the Device tab. 2. Click the External Drive button. 3. Mouse-over the external drive and click the Settings button. 4. Choose the Write Policy (Write Through or Write Back). 5.
