Front bezel (optional) The front bezel is attached to the front side of the system and prevents accidents while removing the hard drive or when pressing the reset or power button. The front bezel can also be locked for additional security. Removing the optional front bezel Prerequisites Follow the safety guidelines listed in the Safety instructions section. Steps 1. Locate and remove the bezel key. NOTE: The bezel key is attached to the back of the bezel. 2. Unlock the bezel by using the key. 3. Slide the release latch up, and pull the left end of the bezel. 4. Unhook the right end, and remove the bezel. Figure 11. Removing the optional front bezel
Prerequisites
Follow the safety guidelines listed in the Safety instructions section.
Steps
1.
Locate and remove the bezel key.
NOTE:
The bezel key is attached to the back of the bezel.
2.
Unlock the bezel by using the key.
3.
Slide the release latch up, and pull the left end of the bezel.
4.
Unhook the right end, and remove the bezel.
