SIM Manager SIM Manager supports various SIM card features and allows the user to access information on the SIM card. It also allows users to manage the SIM card security features and contacts. Power Using the Power application you can view the amount of battery power remaining. The Power application also enables you to set the standby period, duration for turning off, and USB charging speed for your HP iPAQ. To change power settings: 1. Tap Start > Settings > System > Power. 2. Tap Advanced and select the length of time the HP iPAQ stays on when using battery power or AC power. 3. Tap USB Charging and select the Use USB Charging check box to enable USB charging. Select any of the following options: ● Fast Charging ● Slow Charging Backlight The Backlight application enables you to view and change the backlight options, such as brightness of your HP iPAQ. To change backlight settings: 1. Tap Start > Settings > System > Backlight. 2. Tap Battery power or External Power. Select the Turn off backlight if device is not used for check box and select the duration from the list. Tap Start > Settings > System > Backlight > Brightness. Next, move the slider on the Backlight screen up or down to set the required level of brightness. TIP: You can also use the 3-Way Thumb-Wheel or the Smart-Touch Navigation wheel to move the slider. SIM Manager
SIM Manager supports various SIM card features and allows the user to access information on the SIM
card. It also allows users to manage the SIM card security features and contacts.
Power
Using the
Power
application you can view the amount of battery power remaining. The
Power
application also enables you to set the standby period, duration for turning off, and USB charging speed
for your HP iPAQ.
To change power settings:

Tap

and select the length of time the HP iPAQ stays on when using battery power or

and select the

check box to enable USB charging.
