12: Maintenance Diagnostics The Maintenance > Diagnostics page provides methods for diagnosing problems such as network connectivity and device port input/output problems. You can use equivalent commands on the command line interface. An additional diagnostic, loopback, is only available as a command. 1. Click the Maintenance tab and select the Diagnostics option. The following page displays: Figure 12-7 Maintenance > Diagnostics 2. Select Diagnostics from checklist (one or more diagnostic methods you want to run, or select All to run them al): ARP Table Netstat Host Lookup Address Resolution Protocol (ARP) table used to view the IP address-to-hardware address mapping. Displays network connections. If you select the checkbox, select the TCP or UDP protocol, or select All for both protocols to control the output of the Netstat report. Select to verify that the SLB can resolve the host name into an IP address (if DNS is enabled).
