Using the Extended Life Battery For longer battery life an Extended Life Battery is available as an option. You can attach it to the docking connector of your computer as follows. 1. Turn off the computer, or enter hibernation mode. Then disconnect the ac power adapter and all cables from the computer. 2. Close the computer display, and turn the computer over. Chapter 6.
