LASAGNE (Serves 4) INGREDIENTS 1 recipe beef bolognese (see page 29) 300m1s/'/2pint cheese sauce (see page 14) 150g - 200g/6-8oz precooked lasagne 75g/3oz grated cheese salt and black pepper COOKWARE Large, deep square (@ 8 in/20 cm) dish. Place on low metal rack on turntable. (Ensure turntable will turn) METHOD 1. Place alternate layers of lasagne, bolognese and cheese sauce in a large microwave and heatproof dish. Finish with a layer of lasagne, top with cheese sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese. 2. Place on the low metal rack on the turntable. Cook using Dual Convection 200°C with 150W microwave for 25-30 minutes until the pasta is cooked. (Serves 4) MACARONI CHEESE INGREDIENTS 150g/8oz dry macaroni 1 pint/600mls cheese sauce (see page 14) 50g/2oz breadcrumbs 50g/2oz grated cheese COOKWARE Heatproof serving dish. Place on low metal rack on turntable. METHOD 1. Place pasta in a large microwaveproof bowl with 600m1s/ 1pint of boiling water. Cook using microwave 900W for 9-11 minutes until soft. Stir once. Drain. 2. Combine pasta and cheese sauce, mix well. Transfer to heatproof serving dish. Combine breadcrumbs and grated cheese together, sprinkle over pasta. 3. Place dish on the low metal rack on the turntable. Cook using Dual Thermal Grill with Convection 230°C for 5 - 10 minutes until cheese has melted and top is crisped. ALTERNATIVES: Add 200g/8oz of cooked broccoli to the macaroni. Or add 75g/3oz of cooked bacon pieces to the macaroni. 19
