(Serves 3- 4) INGREDIENTS 100g/4oz pasta shapes 30m1s/2tbIsp vegetable oil 1 small onion, finely chopped 4-6 rashers lean bacon, cut into pieces 2-3 button mushrooms, washed and sliced 275g/10'/2 oz can condensed mushroom soup 100g/4oz frozen peas - cooked salt and pepper For the topping: 100g/4oz grated cheese 25g/loz toasted brown breadcrumbs COOKWARE Microwave and heatproof serving dish on low metal rack. METHOD 1. Place bacon pieces and onion, sliced mushrooms and 15m1s/ltbIsp oil in a microwaveproof bowl and cover. Microwave 900W for 3-4 minutes until cooked. Stir in peas, condensed soup and seasoning. Mix well. 2. Place pasta and 15m1s/ltblsp oil in a large bowl and cover with about 1 litre of boiling water . Microwave 900W for 10-12 minutes until cooked. Drain. 3. Combine pasta shells with bacon mixture and mix well. Warm through using microwave 900W for 1-2 minutes. Transfer to a heat and microwaveproof serving dish. Combine the cheese and breadcrumbs together and sprinkle over pasta mixture. 4. Place dish on low metal rack, cook using Dual Thermal Grill with Convection 230°C for 5-10 minutes until thoroughly heated and top is crisped. 20
