METHOD 1. Sift the flour and salt into a bowl. Rub in the butter until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Add the milk and mix to a firm dough. 2. Roll out the dough to form a round shape approximately lcmPhinch thick to form the pizza base. Place on the greased metal tray. 3. Place the oil and onion in a microwave proof bowl, cook using microwave 900W for 1-2 minutes. 4. Mix the chopped tomatoes and tomato puree together. Spread over the pizza base. Place the cheese, onions, mushrooms, peppers and olives on the pizza base and sprinkle with herbs. 5. Preheat the oven to 220°C. When the oven is preheated place the metal tray on the low rack and bake using convection 220°C for 20-25 minutes until cooked. Microwave Tip Topping Variation: Replace the mushrooms with chopped ham and continental sausage. 78
