Place on the low metal rack on the turntable. METHOD 1. Peel the potatoes and cut into evenly sized pieces. Place in a microwaveproof dish with 5-6 tblsps of water, cover and cook using microwave 900W for 8-10 minutes until soft. Mash the potatoes with butter and milk until smooth and creamy. Keep warm. 2. Wash the fish and place in a shallow dish, sprinkle with lemon juice cover and cook using microwave 900W for 3-5 minutes until the fish flakes easily. Flake the fish and remove any bones. 3. Combine the fish with the warm cheese sauce and the parsley, place in a casserole dish. Carefully place the mashed potato on the top and sprinkle with grated cheese. 4. Place the dish on the low metal rack on the turntable, cook using Dual Convection 220°C with 150W microwave for 15-20 minutes until cheese has melted. 5. Garnish with tomato slices and parsley. 46

the

Keep

lemon
juice
cover
and
cook
using
microwave
900W
for
3-5
minutes
until
the
fish
fl
akes
easily.
Flake
the
fish
and
remove
any
bones.

the

the
parsley,
place
in
a

dish.
Carefully
place
the

top
and
sprinkle
with
