INGREDIENTS 1350g/31b pork (shoulder, loin or leg) a little vegetable oil COOKWARE Low rack on metal drip tray on turntable. METHOD 1. Tie the joint into a neat shape. 2. Place the pork best side down on the low rack on the metal drip tray on the turntable. (Alternatively place the pork in a micro and heatproof roasting dish on the turntable). Brush with a little oil. 3. Dual cook - convection 170°C with micro 450W for 45-55 minutes. Turnover and baste the pork once with a little oil. 4. Remove from oven. Drain off any excess juices. Stand for 15-20 minutes in foil before carving. Serve with apple sauce. ROAST BEEF INGREDIENTS 1350g / 31b beef (topside, sirloin, rolled rib) a little vegetable oil COOKWARE Low rack on metal drip tray on turntable. METHOD 1. Tie the joint into a neat shape. Z. (Alternatively place the beef in a micro and heatproof roasting dish on the turntable) Brush with a little oil. 3. Dual cook - convection 160°C with micro 450W for 40-50 minutes. Turnover and baste the beef once with a little oil. 4. Remove from oven. Drain off any excess juices. Stand for 15-20 minutes in foil before carving. Serve with Yorkshire puddings and gravy. 26
